SHIPPING TIME FRAMES:
Domestic orders usually ship within 2-4 business days via USPS First Class Mail only.
International orders usually ship within 2-4 business days, depending on the export paperwork. We prefer to ship via USPS but can also ship via UPS or FedEx. Please contact us if you prefer a carrier other than USPS.

Free shipping is available for orders equal to or greater than $15 (excluding shipping costs). We use USPS First Class Mail for free shipping.
International Orders:
Free shipping is available for orders equal to or greater than $110 (excluding shipping costs). We use the most economical option that works for you. Please leave us a note when checking out and we'll do our best to honor your request.

SECURE ONLINE ORDERING:
You can use your credit card to place your order online 24 hours a day. When you submit an order, your credit card information is sent through a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, an encryption method used to send private information across the Internet today.
Your credit card information is not visible at our offices, for security reasons we only get to see the last four digits of your credit card. All credit card information when placing an online order goes directly to our merchant account's server. This information never reaches our server.
When placing phone orders we will require your full credit card information. We will enter your order into our system and shred any documents which contain your credit card information. Once entered into our system the credit card information is sent directly to our merchant account's server and is not stored in our server or facilities.
